Mr. Ramanathan is a seasoned finance professional with over 30 years of experience in diversified portfolios such as Health Care, Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail and Capital Investments. He is currently the Chief Finance and Operations of Brain and Spine Hospitals where he leads accounting, finance function and operations. His responsibilities include budgeting, financial analysis, statutory audits and cost control.
Ramanathan has tremendous experience in collaborating with industry leaders in the health care sector in providing expert guidance for setting up new facilities, formulating business plans for expansion and participating in health care accreditation audits such as NABH. Prior to joining Brain and Spine Hospitals, Ramanathan was Manager - Finance & Accounts at Apollo Specialty Hospital, Chennai.
Previously, Ramanathan was employed as Accounts Executive in Dubai, U.A.E with Capital Investments and Retail Chain. Mr. Ramanathan is certified as 5s Internal Auditor and has earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Corporate Finance and Management from Madras University in 1986.
